1. Rendered Hourly & Retainer ServicesAll payments for completed hourly work, monthly retainer packages, project executions, and completed consultation hours are non-refundable. Compensation covers the dedicated time, expertise, and operational resources allocated to your organization.

2. Project-Based DepositsFor project-based services (such as virtual event coordination or business formation setup), initial administrative setup fees or deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Service DissatisfactionIf you are unsatisfied with the administrative deliverables provided, please notify us in writing within 5 business days of task completion. We are dedicated to working with you to adjust and resolve operational concerns within the agreed scope of work.
